Benz Construction is 100% family-owned and operated by Travis and Shelby Blattner. Travis founded the company in 2017 after learning the construction trade from his father and uncles. There are no outside investors, private equity ownership, or corporate parent companies. Travis remains the hands-on owner-operator on every home remodeling project.

Benz Construction serves a broad Central Texas territory spanning from Austin to Temple. We purchase all materials in-house rather than having our trades provide them, which removes the trade markup and helps our clients save money compared to how many builders structure their pricing. As a custom home builder, we provide pricing based on your specific design, site conditions, and finish selections.

Custom home timelines typically run 6 to 12 months from start to completion. Outside factors - permitting timelines in Williamson, Travis, or Bell County; material lead times; and site-specific conditions - can affect that window.
